Cool pose and perspective. Not sure I like the gargoyle in the fore ground. Its hard to tell where on that building it would be, and it seems out of place next to the larger more modern buildings in the background. I'd pull the "camera" back a little to either reveal a bit more of the building Spidey is swinging towards, or replace the gargoyle with something else (maybe the top of a water tower or satalite dish, etc).
